GFS was contracted to assist with event management for the JPW Foundation’s Annual Golf Tournament and Gala. The event included a celebrity golf tournament during the day and an auction gala in the evening. GFS managed and consulted on all aspects of procurement, registration, check-in and check-out procedures and table seating to ensure a smooth transition for each golfer to the evening event and Gala.

“The Joshua P Williams Foundation is a small community non profit powered by volunteers. Gazala helped us re-organize this year with automation to synchronize our golf tournament with our evening dinner/auction. She and her staff are patient, organized and have great ideas for procurement. They were especially helpful the DAY OF and freed us up to enjoy our guests and the whole event.
