For the 3rd year, ISC Gunners, a full range Youth Soccer Club, hired the GFS Events team to plan their Gala and Auction. This special event brought together parents, coaches, family, and friends of soccer kids in an effort to raise money for the club. GFS helped to secure and coordinate with the venue at the The Westin Bellevue, coordinated with the emcee and auctioneer, and created all the auction collateral. On the day of, the team ensured that the auction items were well displayed in the main area, managed set-up, registration and tear-down and that guests had an easy time checking in and out.

After the fundraising event concluded, parents and coaches joined in an impromptu soccer game while everyone was still in heels and suits!
