ISC Gunners’ 2022 Glitter Gala

The ISC Gunners, a full-range Youth Soccer Club, hired the GFS Events team for their 4th Bi-Annual Gala and Auction. This special event brought together parents, coaches, family, and friends for an in-person fundraiser to raise money for the club. The GFS Events team also worked with the Gunners to set up an online auction. GFS was in charge of the venue management and vendor coordination. Our team also assisted with sponsorship outreach. Our team also helped coordinate with the emcee and auctioneer and created all the auction collateral. The GFS Events team, alongside the ISC Gunners, ensured that everything from the cocktail hour to the after-party went smoothly for all guests in attendance. On the day of the event, the team ensured that the auction items were well displayed in the main area, managed set-up, tear-down, and oversaw check-in and out.
