Hospice of the Northwest hired the GFS Events team for their 2022 Ports of Call Gala. GFS Events was in charge of implementing an event timeline with key tasks and action items. The GFS Events team also worked with Hospice of the NW to transform a 30,000 square foot airplane hangar into an Ancient Greece themed dining and auction space. The event included a silent auction, live auction, raffle and raise the paddle. On the day of the event, the team ensured that the auction items were well displayed in the cocktail hour, managed set-up, tear-down, catering and oversaw check-in and out.
