GFS Events was contracted for pre-event and day of event management for the Stronger Families’ Hope for Heroes Gala. We helped with coordinating vendors before the event, working with team and staff on registration and flow of event procedures as well as managing the set-up and coordination of the entire event. The event included a pre-event VIP reception, a raffle, live auction and raise the paddle. Over 350 attendees donated to an amazing nonprofit, and we raised over $440,000 for Stronger Families.

We had an Aston Martin as part of our live auction and worked with the venue to get the car inside so guests could see the car in-person.
