GFS partnered with Friends of Youth to provide support for their 2023 Celebration of Youth fundraising events. This month-long campaign consisted of three small (50 person) events focusing on different areas of their supporters and mission. GFS Events managed the event timeline, vendor coordination, including florals, catering, rentals, A/V and assisted in the event layout and format. We also created and oversaw the event registration platform and provided day of event program coordination.

We recently utilized the services of the GFS team to manage three important events. The team's attention to detail, understanding of our goals for the events and support during the events was outstanding. The team added a great deal of value, partnered well with our other vendors including catering, AV support and flower providers and also did a great job problem solving. Our guests were all very impressed with the events. I highly recommend GFS as a resource to my fellow nonprofit managers who need event support.
