For the second year in a row, The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington and the GFS Events team transformed the Clinic’s annual in-person fundraiser into a virtual celebration. GFS was hired to manage the entire event including: timeline management assistance, platform creation, and registration management. GFS Events was also in charge of planning the format of the virtual event, assisted with Virtual Ambassador and Sponsorship solicitation and organization, and donor outreach initiatives. Together, the Free Clinic and GFS Events raised $209,969 out of their $150,000 goal!

For the past two years, the staff at the Free Clinic of Southwest Washington has worked with GFS Events to help us with our annual Holiday Ball fundraiser. Not only have they helped us reach (and exceed) our fundraising goals, they are professional, approachable, and very knowledgeable about hosting virtual events.
