Free Clinic of Southwest Washington’s 2022 Holiday Ball

After two years of partnering for a virtual fundraiser, GFS Events and the Free Clinic of Southwest Washington came together to bring the Holiday Ball back in person to The Heathman Lodge in Vancouver. This beautiful event is the Clinic’s largest fundraiser of the year, raising important funding to provide free, quality healthcare programs and services to their community. During the planning process, the GFS Events team implemented an event timeline, managed communications with vendors, and oversaw the creation and use of the registration platform. GFS Events also created the Run of Show script and communicated with Table Captains. On the evening of the event, the GFS team managed and led both check-in and check-out for the event as well as acting as the overall stage manager. The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington raised 108% of its fundraising goal.
