GFS Events was hired for the second year in a row to work alongside Families Unlimited Network for their largest fundraising event of the year. The GFS and F.U.N. teams worked closely to create a week-long event that included daily videos from staff, board members, volunteers, and community members. Our team worked closely with F.U.N. to identify and script these daily videos. GFS Events was responsible for the creation and management of the online fundraising platform. Our team also handled guest communication by providing communication templates and email design suggestions. The GFS team created guidelines and communication templates for donor management and outreach, established deadlines, and implemented a marketing outline for emails and social media. Families Unlimited Network was able to raise $130,000 out of their $120,000 goal.
Families Unlimited Network’s Falling Into F.U.N. Week of Giving 2021
A local church decided to help make the event a success by hosting a Day of F.U.N. the same day that the Week of Giving began!
We, at Families Unlimited Network, have used the team from GFS for our annual fundraising event in 2020, 2021, and I anticipate we will use them again in the future. Our organization is very small and bringing on the expertise of Gazala and her staff was a game changer. Personalized fundraising strategy, step by step monthly to-do lists and regular meetings, continual help to achieve our goals. We successfully made the transition from live events to virtual events and exceed our goals dramatically because we actively implemented the guidance they gave to us. Great use of resources, would strongly recommend to any organization.
