GFS Events was hired only 6 weeks before Families Unlimited Network’s virtual fundraiser. The GFS and FUN teams worked closely to create a Week of F.U.N. that included daily videos from staff, board members, volunteers, and community members. GFS Events created the virtual platform and oversaw integration with FUN’s website. The event team created guidelines and communication templates for donor management and outreach. The GFS team created guidelines and communication templates for donor management and outreach, established deadlines, and implemented a marketing outline for emails and social media. Families Unlimited Network surpassed their goal by 144%, more than they have ever raised for an in-person event!
