GFS Events was brought on by Epilepsy Foundation Washington to produce their annual Light the Flame fundraiser. GFS Events coordinated all procurement activities with Epilepsy Foundation Washington’s committee, staff, and volunteers, suggested decor that supported their theme and organization’s colors, established volunteer roles, and handled logistics with vendors including photographer, AV, and the venue. The GFS team also organized and led the auction work parties and executed day-of-event tasks such as registration, data entry, and auction check-out.

We had Taylor Swift tickets in our Live Auction! Guests were only informed of one set of tickets but there were actually two sets of tickets and they performed well in our auction!
