GFS Events was contracted to provide event management and vendor support to the 2022 Duvall Days Festival. This 5000+ person festival takes place in downtown Duvall in the first weekend of June. After being canceled the last two years, we were so excited to bring Duvall Days Festival to the community in 2022. GFS Events was in charge of 100+ vendor coordination, set-up, booth management and tear-down for the day. We also assisted in event management of various other areas throughout the day including fire safety checks, social media management, and volunteer assignments.

Fun Fact
During our set up the day before Duvall Days, it was down pour raining throughout the area. We couldn't chalk the vendor booth assignments on the street as it kept washing away. We adapted by hanging signs throughout the town directing vendors where to place their booth. Thankfully the rainy skies cleared for a sunny festival on Saturday!
