GFS Events was hired to manage Bellevue Christian Schools Forward in Faith Gala 2019. The event was the kick-off for a major capital campaign. We coordinated the silent and live, dessert dash, venue management, registration and check-out as well as all aspects of the script and program. We managed the outside vendors like the photo booth and AV as well as the internal school-related programmatic pieces like the jazz band and the choir. Over 400 guests attend the event, and we raised a record $750,000 for Bellevue Christian Schools.
