ArtsWest’s Playhouse & Gallery hired GFS Events for the second year in a row to coordinate their annual Gala and Auction at Sodo Park. This Halloween-themed fundraiser featured roaming actors, an onstage performance, a delicious dessert dash, and fabulous costumes! GFS Events was in charge of implementing an event timeline with key tasks and action items, managed vendor communications, procurement assistance and support, and assisted in the event layout and format. GFS Events also oversaw the online auction, registration and donation platform, check in and checkout and volunteer management. Together, we raised a considerable amount for the theatre!

The event had five roaming actors, all dressed as characters from "Frankenstein", that came together for a live music performance!
