GFS Events was honored to partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound for their 58th Annual BIG Gala: An Evening in Emerald. This special event unites family, matches, and staff to celebrate their life-long impact. Our team transformed the Hyatt Regency Seattle into a glittering green wonderland, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

We managed and oversaw all vendor coordination, collaborating with dozens of vendors for decor and production. Additionally, our team worked closely with the emcee and auctioneer, assisting with scripting and ensuring seamless coordination on the event day. GFS also ensured smooth check-in and check-out processes, prioritizing guest satisfaction. This gala was a true celebration of community and impact, and we are proud to have been a part of it!
