MOHAI History Makers Gala

GFS Events partnered with the Musuem of History and Industry (MOHAI) to produce their 38th Annual History Makers Gala. This event highlights the current exhibit on display, celebrates the work of MOHAI, and honors two awardees: the Al Young Educator of the Year and Everyday Heroes. Alongside the MOHAI team, we transformed MOHAI into an enchanted forest. The GFS team worked to manage logistics and timeline, vendor coordination, and script development with the auctioneer. The GFS team also oversaw seamless check-in and check-out procedures. Our collaboration with the MOHAI team, and vendors resulted in a record-breaking evening for MOHAI’s fundraising goals!
