To celebrate their 30th Annual Breakfast the Washington Wildlife and Recreation Coalition hired the GFS Events team to assist in the planning and execution of their annual fundraiser. Proceeds from the Annual Breakfast support the Coalition’s work to fund outdoor recreation and conservation projects across the state. The GFS Events team managed communications with table captains, negotiated contract agreements on behalf of the client, and designed the layout of the space. GFS was also in charge of creating the Run of Show for the day of the event, ensuring that the fundraiser ran on time and with out a hitch for the 400+ people in attendance.
