GFS Events organized and managed the Washington Access Fund’s Awards Dinner and Benefit. We coordinated business sponsorships and assisted the Marketing and Development Committee and the WAF Board in best practices for securing sponsorships. Worked with staff to coordinate all publicity for the event including social media, constant contact, website, print, and other media outlets. Worked to help coordinate the design, printing and supply of collateral including posters, sponsorship package, save the date cards, and other items. Oversaw and managed the day-of event details to ensure that event ran smoothly.
