GFS Events was hired by Seattle Peace Chorus to assist with their annual Feast for Peace fundraising dinner. GFS created an event timeline, provided input on marketing material, oversaw the table captain process and communicated with table captains throughout the process, managed the logistics around catering, the venue, the emcee, and volunteers. GFS took care of registration and handled day of event logistics.
