GFS Events was hired by Seattle Music Partners to plan and execute their 20th Anniversary Gala. We coordinated their budget, venue, timeline and logistics for the event. Due to COVID-19, we shifted gears and moved their event online to a Notes of Spring Week of Giving. GFS assisted with virtual ambassador and social media communication as well as assisted with email marketing and messaging, and helped with creating a social media challenge. GFS also assisted with video content by interviewing their Executive Director to kick off the virtual fundraiser. Each day the GFS Events team assisted in releasing video messaging to share more about the organization and their fundraising goals.
