GFS Events was hired for the third year to assist LEO in creating an exceptional community luncheon. The COVID pandemic caused the traditional 300 person event to turn into a virtual luncheon celebration. We worked with the residents, parents and staff of the LEO homes to create an uplifting and meaningful week of giving campaign. We worked with a video producer to create heartfelt videos that were played throughout the week. We also created a specific luncheon video that included similar elements to the live program such as musical performances by the residents and testimonial messages from the parents. In addition to all collateral creation, email content and social media support, we also guided the team on audience and donor development and virtual ambassador support. The entire event brought the LEO community together to raise over $140,000 to support those individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their goals through supportive housing and recreation.
