GFS was contracted to coordinate and manage the 2017 Spring for Learning Luncheon. GFS secured and managed the table captain process, coordinated registration for 400 attendees, managed table seating and day of event logistics. We coordinated with the venue, Lake Washington Schools Foundation staff and volunteers to ensure a smooth and seamless event.
