GFS was contracted to assist with event management for the JPW Foundation’s Annual Golf Tournament and Gala. The event included a celebrity golf tournament during the day and an auction gala in the evening. GFS managed and consulted on all aspects of procurement, registration, check-in and check-out procedures and table seating to ensure a smooth transition for each golfer to the evening event and Gala.
