GFS Events was contracted to work with the Bellevue Christian Schools staff to create a 400 person Gala event and auction. GFS oversaw the process of confirming table captains, coordinated silent and live auction procurement and all venue, AV and guest logistics. Due to the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, this event was forced to go virtual. We launched the virtual event about 45 days after the original event date. We set up the auction platform, text to bid options and created a marketing and social media plan to engage BCS supporters. Bellevue Christian Schools raised over $500,000 on their virtual event, surpassing their goal.
