GFS Events had the pleasure of assisting Acres of Diamonds, a local nonprofit that provides transitional housing for women and mothers with children, with their 2019 benefit dinner and auction. The night included a cocktail hour, live auction, raise the paddle and ended with a dessert dash. The GFS team provided pre-event planning expertise by assisting in procurement outreach, venue coordination, and collateral creation. Day of Event duties for the team included registration management for 200+ attendees, volunteer coordination, and management of all venue logistics to ensure a successful event.
